Ken Allen

Ken Allen founded Seaport Capital Partners in 2018 after a 20-year career spanning strategic advisory, consulting, and investment banking across firms such as Bain & Company, Blackstone, Deutsche Bank, and PJT Partners. Over the course of his career, Ken has executed strategic transactions for clients having a value of over $40 billion.

Since 1998, Ken has advised companies ranging from multi-billion-dollar public companies to start-ups on strategy, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic partnerships. A sampling of Ken's clients include: 605, Accenture, Acxiom, Advent International, Appirio, Blackstone, CenturyLink, Charter Communications, Dolan Family Ventures, General Atlantic, Liveramp, Publicis, Sapient, Sequoia Capital, Starwood Hotels, Xerox, and many others.

An engineer at heart, Ken completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering, where he earned his B.E. in Electrical Engineering, graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors. Ken also earned an MBA at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar.
